We Start With Establishing Goals
Goal Setting creates the foundation for your transformation. Here we will discuss process goals, performance goals and outcome goals and put a plan in place. 
A Performance Assessment
We utilize a functional movement screen to prescreen you for any risks of injury. This allows us to identify areas of immobility and muscle imbalances to create your needs analysis. 
An Individualized Workout Program
Based off your assessment we develop an individualized workout plan that is specific to your needs. The workout plan is designed to address your weaknesses and deficiencies during your Trial. 
Unlimited Group Training
During our Trial you'll have the ability to attend Unlimited Group Training Classes. You will receive a hands on coaching experience from our coaches plus plenty of support, advice and motivation. 
Habit Based Nutrition Coaching

Accountability
During your Trial period your fitness coach will implement accountability measures in person and online through our accountability software. Our goal is to keep you engaged and focused on your success.

You will receive an email welcoming you into our program. We will follow up with you shortly after that to schedule your assessment. 
What is your training schedule and how long are your classes?
Classes are 60 minutes long.
Monday - 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 7pm
Tuesday - 7am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Wednesday - 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 7pm
Thursday - 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Friday - 6am, 7am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday - 8am, 9am
Sunday - CLOSED
